Imperial Auto & Truck Service Center

We were on the cross country trip from Florida, when our car broke down. We came to Imperial Auto and Truck service center. Teresa and staff took such a good care of our car and us. They found what was causing an issue that my car had for a long time and no one could find it before in our local shops. They provided us transportation both days, they tried to make sure that we were staying in a good and safe hotel (I traveled with kids)! I never experienced that kind of service! Thank you Imperial Auto and Truck service center so much! My car runs so much smoother and quieter like never before!! We arrived home with no issues and even stopped by Grand Canyon and a few other fun places on the w…

We were on a cross country trip when my truck broke down. By the grace of God, I found imperial auto and truck. I told them my problem and the fact that I was traveling cross country and having to stay in hotel until the truck was fixed. They immediately put my vehicle in and started working on it. The repair estimate was between $2000 and $30,000 depending on how bad my truck was damaged. They could've easily told me it was a higher amount and charge led me the most they could. Instead, they got me out of there in the minimum amount of time of two days and on the lower end of the estimate. These people are honest, friendly and very helpful. They even offered to put some meat I was tr…

DO NOT GET SCAMMED HERE! DONT BE FOOLED BY FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!!! We we referred to this shop by Henderson Chevrolet. (Huge mistake) - quote more than doubled by the end of repair -all repairs were NOT fully nor accurately completed -additional damage occurred during their test drive of my vehicle. They then lied about it and refused to repair. The shop foreman is beyond rude and owner won't talk to you unless it is in response to a negative review.

This IS THE PLACE you want to take your vehicle for repairs because Ernie and the team have all the experience that goes in your favor. Also very fair prices and very friendly service. It's the entire package!

I highly recommend Imperial Auto. They took care of us when our Ford Transit van needed a new engine and a new transmission. This was not an easy task, by no means. Jeremy is awesome and so is everyone else there. Thank you for taking care of us and our van. This is a veteran owned and operated shop and we are very pleased with their work and their excellent customer service. May God bless you all!!! THANK YOU!
