Had my CLB250 for service and Arianne Zapanta took my call. I can tell when someone is on the right job!! She was so nice that made me feel like we knew each other for years!! Thanks to her attention and service we really enjoyed the experience at Mercedes Benz, and of course we love our German toy!! 🙏👍🏼👌🏼

KUDOS TO THE HENDERSON MERCEDES SERVICE CENTER. I was greeted by everyone I ran into - and that just feels so great! The service was outstanding and everyone delivered as promised. Gio was so sweet and gracious and took the time to completely explained everything to me, how it all works - and how long it was expected to take. He put me into a loaner - and apologized that it was no longer clean BUT it was raining, after all. The loaner was similar to my car so it was a pleasure to drive.
