Didn't have the pleasure of meeting whoever worked on the car directly (as I only had time for a drop off) but they did a great job - needed a battery replacement/registration for my MINI which isn't as simple as it sounds apparently, and had been turned away from almost every mechanic in town telling me to go to the dealership. If you’re a woman and need repairs, run away quickly because they will take advantage of you. On several occasions I went in for basic maintenance work and came out with all types of repairs needed. Transmission work, expensive 700.00 breaks, water pump bout 600.00 They charge me for unnecessary repair work. Of course I had to get the work done because I take care of my car,. The last oil change the key word was you have a small leak which I didn’t have before, but they said will keep an eye out for it. No sooner then I left that place that little leak became massive antifreeze spilling everywhere, and I had to go somewhere else to get a whole radiator place 1800.00 for a new one. There was …

We are from MT and while traveling to AZ my mini cooper broke down and we were hesitant to trust any shops in the Vegas area. Read the reviews and decided to have our vehicle towed to RG. They had it for about a week and when it was picked up it had the same issue, so it was taken back, and they discovered another issue and because of the integrity of this shop they completed the repair and did not charge us anything additional. I would highly recommend RG Motorworks for any vehicle repairs. They were very informative during the process as well.

Incredible engineer owned car aficionado repair shop. Significant expertise in German imports. Specifically had them working on some general maintenance and some repairs for my 2019 Mercedes sprinter. I will not be going back to a dealership. Super reasonable and accurate quotes and prices. Knowing that you get to talk and work directly with the owners that are directly involved in each Hands-On repair knowing that everything is done to exacting standards. Thank you!

Spoke with the guys at RG Motorworks several times regarding the repair of my 2007 BMW 328i which was towed in on a Saturday afternoon. Reddy and Ryan were very patient with me and I did get most of the recommended work done, trust me, the bill was huge because of a timing issue, oil housing leak and front control arm bushings. They got it finished in a timely manner and the car is running great! They even did some extra work on the cosmetics of the front lower bumper area that got messed up on one of those parking blocks. Highly recommended!
