Brought my 2022 Dodge Charger in for a check engine light (Code P06DD). I already diagnosed the issue and brought my own oil pressure sensor. They charged me $400 — 2.2 hours labor and $65 for intake gaskets that didn’t need replacing. The next day, the check engine light came back on. I returned to the shop and they tried to upsell me over $7,000 in repairs (oil pump, timing chain, VVT solenoids, sprockets, — none of which they properly proved with pressure tests or scan data. To make it worse, they charged $89 for a diagnostic that led straight to that upsell and then pushed financing like they were doing me a favor. I took my car in for wheel alignment and they changed the lower control arms. The car pulls to the right if I take my hand off the wheel. Took it back several times. Then they said it had a crack and I said prove it. They said it would cost $600. I took it back and said it is under warranty fix it. They said the frame was bent and that came from a laser alignment shop. But they could not provide any paperwork from the shop stating the frame is bent. I stated it is under warranty and they need to fix it. They said they cannot work on the car until management provides direction.

I went to this store to get a smog and they failed my car for a piece under the steering wheel that was detached. When my husband came back to ask what the problem was he found that they had unclipped the piece so it would fail. After reattaching the piece my husband then watched them stand by the car to "retest it". They never touched the car while retesting it and after 6 minutes my husband watched them grab the previously printed passing result for the smog. It was a scam because I am a women and they thought they could get away with this scam to get more money from me. Be careful if you go here for any car issues, and take your husband.

Avoid USA Auto at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. USA Auto completely trashed my daughter's first car, and the experience has been a nightmare. The manager took her car, claimed it was his, wrecked it, and then left it out in the rain, causing severe water damage. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed my daughter for the damage. I took the company to court and won the judgment—USA Auto was found negligent and now owes me a check. However, the court recommended that I take the manager himself to court as well. Robert the manager on duty said I needed an upper radiator hose a new radiator and a water pump, thermostat. Cost was $2,342.31. Took advantage of an older woman not really know what was wrong.
